Mike Greenslade became Managing Director of Rowe Property Developments at the division's creation in 2004. He has been key in the business' expansion, with his hands on approach to business processes involving identifying ideal development sites, securing funding and commissioning professional services. Mike has been with the Rowe Group for over 33 years, starting as a drawing office junior and gradually rising to the position of group property manager prior to the formation of Rowe Property Developments.

The Team... Rowe Estates (UK) Ltd is led by Charles Howeson as Chairman. Mike Greenslade pursues new development opportunities in both the residential and commercial sectors whilst retaining a focus on maximising existing properties already held within Rowe Estates portfolio.
