Matthew Rowe joined the company in 1986 and as a Director, oversees the smooth operation of the entire group with a keen eye for detail and strategic intent.

He plays an active part in the joint decision-making responsibilities of the Board and is instrumental in providing the group with direction, liasing from time to time with key personnel in his team of employees.
